Hello! I love this site & have been getting all my info from it! I'm married to my husband who's in the army were stationed out of ft campbell ky but live in clarksville. I just got my first chicks a little over a month ago. They are 2 silver laced Wyandotte chickens. And they are getting so big!! They fly out of the tote I have them in now on some days. They are about 1 month & two weeks old. We built their coop when we first got them but when is a good time to start letting them stay in there? I feel like its a little too cold right now but maybe towards the middle of April? Anyways thanks for any help!!

! Happy you joined us! If your chicks are fully feathered - as I think they would be by 6 weeks - they would be fine outside in their coop - provided the coop is good to go. Have fun and enjoy your birds!
