New in GA

Hi, new to chickens but my wife is not. We just bought 5 pullets that we think are about 14-16 weeks old - two New Hampshires, a blue Ameraucana, a buff Orpington and a white Rock, that we think may end up being a roo, lol.

They all look like pullets to me.

That sounds like head hen to me!

The comb is very small for 12 weeks old, I do not see wattles and no sickle or saddle feathers.

A cockerel would be close to crowing at that age too

The funny thing is the Ameraucana (at least we're told it was one) gets rowdy, hops or runs around and the white rock will get mad and chase her till she knocks it off. Lol.
