New in Leesburg VA

Hello all,

My name's Brian. I've been lurking for a while, but i think I'm almost ready to jump into the world of raising backyard chickens.

I'm about to close on a house in Leesburg VA. Is anyone from the area? Am I reading this correctly? Are there any other restrictions such as setbacks that I need to be aware of?

I'm new to all of this. I've never owned an animal except dogs and cats, I just want to get started on the right foot.
