Hello all! We're new to chickens.
We're in Putnam County, about an hour north of NYC.

Got 6 pullets from Tractor Supply back in mid-April.
We're building an outdoor coop this weekend (with good info from BYC!)

I'll get some pictures posted soon.....

We have:
2 White Leghorns
2 Golden Comets
2 Silkie Bantams
2 Kittens
A yellow lab
A collie
2 sons (11 & 14)

Hi B.Flash, welcome to BYC. Okay, I've been looking for another local to pop on here. I'm also in Putnam. Got our 6 girls from TSC too in March. 3 golden comets and 3 amberlinks.
