New incubator and super excited

I hatch weekly works fine, DON'T use a box , eggs need the air flow around the eggs. I hatch peafowl, leave the cover on, even with larger birds, i just remove them as so as dry. They will lay down until then.

Sorry, I shouldn't have said don't do weeklies. With a Dickey, you can set the eggs that are on lockdown on the bottom of the incubator where they will be still. My only problem would be with the higher humidity needed for hatching. I only do hatches once or twice a year if that, so I'm certainly not an eggspert!!

I have been super excited for the eggs that i am incubating right now. They all seem to be doing well and teh humidity and temp are so steady it almost takes all the worries out of it. Almost because a person still has some that are just from bad incubators, it is exciting. Thanks for the input.
