New incubator

Our old Styrofoam incubator has been destroyed by mice. But we have a shiny new brinsea ovation 56 on the way! And I have a local source who's going to set me up with some barnyard mix hatching eggs for a test hatch!

I want to do a hatchalong, but I've only participated in two and never run one of my own. Any pointers? Or theme suggestions?

New incubator is here! And I've set a Tomato themed hatch-a-long over on the Hatch-a-Longs forum.

Question for those who use Brinsea incubators, do they usually hatch on day 21? I feel like a lot of our old Styrofoam 'bator hatches started hatching on day 19 or 20.

I was going to set the eggs on Saturday, but if I do that day 21 will be a day we will be out of town all day ( and into the wee hours of the next day). So I'm trying to decide when to set the eggs so we'll be home when they hatch.
