New ISA browns pecking.

I just got 6 ISA Browns. 3 are pecking the other 3 and it looks as though it's been happening a little while. I've just had them a few hours. What to do? Beak trim? I really don't want to cull them. Was hoping to keep these as my layers but will do what I have to to keep the up and coming chicks from receiving these bad habits....

But before I get ahead of myself ARE these ISA browns? Lady wasn't sure (I know i shouldn't take what I don't know! But that's a different story)
