New keeper, problems with new hatchlings

Hi, Can someone help me, Iv recently incubated some runner eggs for the first time (I have successfully hatched muscovys with no problems) the first egg pipped and cracked a hole but after 3 days and trying to help it didnt make it, Second one hatched monday 2 days after pipping which i found a long time and did worry but is strong and healthy, 3rd egg hatched wednesday morning and got up this morning (Thursday) to find him on the brink of life to my horror, it took 2 to 3 hours getting water into him to pleasantly watch him come round, tryed all day to get him to eat and drink, he will not do it for himself and really does not want to eat at any cost, can someone please advise what i can do, im worried about going to bed tonight to lose him by morning :-(
