My husband and I are expecting! We just ordered 6 pullets from Dare 2 Dream Farms. They will be arriving May 1. We are expecting 2 Easter Eggers, 2 Barred Rock and 2 Black Star. We've been working on our coop for the past couple weeks and starting the framing this weekend. My husband, Farmer McFarland , works for a general contractor and has some great ideas about coop design. We are new to the whole chicken world and am super excited for our new addition. We have an American Bulldog, Dottie, who is a Therapy Dog at Santa Clara Kaiser. She is new to the chicken world as well. So we're all in this together!e
