New large coop, ready for finish

Here are some pic's of my large coop that is housing my marans. Any suggestions on finishing the wood. I've since added a window to the right of the sliding door.

It looks like a really nice setup. By "suggestions for finishing the wood" do you mean like paint vs stain? No expert on that, having used leftover cedar siding on my coop, but I'm guessing a good exterior primer and paint might work best on that material. It might be easier if you can remove the doors before painting them. Nice work!
