New Lavender Orpington owner

Hi everyone,

I am a long time lurker, first time poster . We have 7 hens and an Ameraucana rooster who are all about a year old. This year our big news for the flock is the buff Orpington rooster we ordered as part of our 35 bird addition for our meat and egg flocks, turned out to be a Lavender Orpington!

Looking forward to learning more and seeing how the flock additions work out and transition into our coop.
