New layer, EE or something else**UPDATED PIC, 2nd page**

Laid her first egg today. Was expecting a green egg but got a brown one with washable white specks, still an easter egger? I know they can have no muffs and beards.

I had one EE who laid a brown egg.

Could she be another breed of blue colored chicken?

she could probably be any kind of blue chicken. She has grey shanks and toes, the bottom of her feet are yellow. Pea comb, i think.

Actually EE's can lay brown eggs AND have a "clean shaven" face

She is beautiful!! I am thinking she could be something else....but my knowledge is just limited to the kinds of birds I have or see regularly. All of my EE's have green legs. What else has pea combs and can come in blue??

I think I see a pea comb BUT if that's a single comb she probably is another breed

Her comb is similar to my Ameraucana pullet but different. Seems to have more bumps on it. Not a single comb like the BPR

Maybe a mix with pure bred blue ameraucana and something else that has single comb and lays brown eggs? She sure is pretty!

Resembles a blue orpington, except no single comb.
