Make your run walls and ceiling 1/2 inch hardware cloth and make an apron around your coop and run - this is when you attach your hardware cloth at the bottom of the walls or the bottom of the coop and run it out no the ground 18-24 inches and cover it with dirt or stone, to prevent digging predators.
