Well we have around 20-30 chickens but they're always moving so I can't get a accurate count. We live in southern California so it can get real hot. And they all primarily live in an old coop we made out of a horse stable but we still let them roam in the backyard.My dad even jokes around by telling me how he will prepare them and calls them fried chicken

Our population recently doubled or tripled by an invasion of chicks

( not literally) of all ages layed and hatched by their mothers

but sometimes when there arnt many eggs we sneak some in and they adopt them (so cute!)

I really hope to learn a lot on this site from other and maybe just maybe I might know and learn enough to help others (now that's a goal for me ) Soon I'll meet you all

and talk about CHICKENS!!!!!!
