New Member-1st time owner

Hi all,

I’m Jeannie from upstate NY. I currently have 7 Golden Comet hens and 1 Blue Laced Red Wyandotte Roo.

We started with 8 hens and a beautiful bantam rooster Willie who we lost in late November to a weasel. That’s when we got Felix, our Wyandotte. We lost one of our hens right after Christmas to Salpingitis.

We are hoping to get more hens this spring and grow our small flock.
