Hi everyone! New to the group. I just recently purchased 33 acres in the stix with the lady and were excited to get into the country life[not city slickers born and raised in a small town]! We have zero chickens right now but starting slow. I have a handful of ducks and quail atm. I have created coops with all reused material found on the property![pretty proud of that] I'm huge into the ayam cemani breed and just purchased some hatching eggs online. I noticed some have cemanis with white feathers! Absolutely stunning. Would love to get into that if anyone knows where to begin!I do understand recessive Gene's and stuff pretty well [used to breed geckos with different morphs] I have yet to dig into this forum but excited to learn more! I'll post some pix if I figure out how to lol. Any tips or advice you pros have would be a blessing! Dont wanna make mistakes if they can be avoided! Oh btw we live in minnesota!
