Ah, Skunkie, I admire your belief that coop size will limit your chicken math. I used to believe that, too. Then, I learned that even when the price of lumber triples, if you have the chance to get some breeds you've really, really, really wanted, you will dig deep into your pockets, con a friend into building ANOTHER coop and hope against hope that you are finally at your limit.
BTW, I compliment you on your breed choices. I also have Easter Eggers, a Buff Orp and two Wyandottes -- a Blue-Laced Red and a Columbian, among (too) many others.
