New member and in need of help

Hi I'm a new member I've had my chickens 3 weeks now and 1 died Saturday before she died a around 5/6 says before she kept opening and closing her mouth as if she wanted to make a noise but couldn't
Now I have another chicken today doing the same thing any idea I've check her mouth and can't see anything in there any idea thankyou

Sounds like gape worms. They can kill a bird fast. My friend decided her hen had needed "Alkaseltzer cold relief" and gave it to the bird for weeks. One morning she was dead and worms came out of her mouth.

The bird could have been treated properly and lived. Please put gapeworms in the search box and check it out yourself. It's not a pleasant way to die.
