Hi guys , new member here from Texas. Raised chickens as a young child with my parents/grandparents and now that I have children of my own we decided to raise some with them. We incubated and our first babies were born 2 days ago. Look forward to learning from this website.

:welcome What breeds are your baby chicks?
So we ordered from Meyer hatchery and ended up with
1 lavender Orpington( moms favorite named patty lou)
1 light brown leghorn
1 cream legbar ( moms 2nd favorite)
3 Easter eggers all different colors (bomb, red, chuck)
3 barred rocks
1 partridge Cochin
4 buff orphingtons ( uno, which at this point looks the same as the other 3 no namers😂)
