New member and new chicken owner.

Hi everyone! I am new here and am new to the chicken world. We have 7 week old chickens - we are not exactly sure what kind of chickens we have. We aquired our new babies via a STEM class that my son was in - it was a foster fail! I have always wanted chickens, so this seemed like a perfect opportunity. I am looking forward to learning from others here on this site and following the journey of other chicken owners.
