These red sex link hens are laying like crazy! I have co-workers and friends wanting fresh eggs! I have more than we can eat ourselves! I want to hard boil some for salads and things and understand that fresh eggs don't peel well...any advice on that? I am already wanting more chickens! LOL The Australorp is my next big interest...really having a lot of fun with this and getting rewards back as well!
