We will finally close on the property next Monday. They have a small barn with two horse stalls in it. We will probably use it for the coop. I would think it would be enough room for about 20 chickens?

Oh, for sure. Just work on enclosing it in such a way that there are no holes larger than 1/2" so that weasels, mice, etc. cannot get in.
How very exciting for you that you Close next Monday!! As a former house flipper, I know how anxious you must be to get through that and walk in the door. Congratulations!
