Dave, depending on how cold it is where you are at and how fast they feather in, you may need to leave the heat lamp on them for a few more weeks ok. Good luck with your new birds and welcome home to BYC...

Thanks everybody! I had one baby this morning having a weird poop issue like it looked as though something below it's anus may have been slightly hemoraged and having it get pecked at by the other two did not help. I separated them for the day, then this afternoon I renovated a part of the back yard into a bigger pen-like environment with their box and heat lamp still intact. I cut 2 little doorway flaps on opposite ends of the box, I scattered feed everywhere and 2 water dispensers. I think It's going pretty well. I dont have data on my phone but I am going to email myself some pictures using the hot spot on my desktop and I will post in a few days for opinions and tips! THank you so much!

Sounds like a prolapse. Is it back in?
