New Member Eastern Ontario Canada and a question

Hi all,I'm a new member from Bainville Ontario,Canada.I live on 6 acres with my wife 3 children 2 dogs and a cat,I am planning on getting laying hens at the end of April I have set up a coop in a closed off area of the barn.My question is : Is it ok to use old hay for the nests and on the floor of the coop?

from TN Yes it will work fine. It can just get alittle messy on the coop floor.
