Hi!

I'm new to chickens, realized after ordering chicks that I have never interacted with a chicken! I have 17 chicks hatched on 3/28 from Cackle - 5 EE, 5 Buff Orpingtons, 7 Silver-laced Wyandottes. I tend to coddle my animals, but I need these chickens to be Alaska tough!

I've been lurking for weeks/months and am looking forward to learning more.
