Hello everyone! I'm Rachael from Southern Arizona. I'm not new to chickens but I've been out of the game for a while. Its been about a year or so since I've had a flock, but I'm hoping to get back into it very soon. I've got a lot of pens to rebuild first haha
As soon as my local Tractor Supply Co gets in chicks for the season I'm going to be getting some Cornish to raise and slaughter, as my hubby hasn't had the experience of raising his own food (city slickers haha)
Other than chickens I have a lot of other animals too. I raise mini milking goats, mini Nubian and Nigerian crosses. Birmingham Roller pigeons, I'm working more on show quality than performance, specifically a line of Opals. Not to mention all the house animals; dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, rats, snakes, spiders and lizards.
