Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow

I give zero treats to baby chicks. They need to eat their chick crumbles solely for at least three to four weeks. Then, you'll need to provide grit if you give them anything other than their feed.

Our first treat is giving them each a little bit of scrambled eggs. We stick to just doing that every couple of days and that's also good for getting them to eat out of your hand.

When they get around a month or older, then we'll start introducing other things.

Hello, and welcome to BYC. As others have suggested, move them to their coop as soon as possible.
The feed store says to keep them under a heat lamp, starting at 95° and each week, decreasing the temp by 5° for 4 weeks so they can adjust to the outside temp. I'm afraid to put them in the coop because it's still pretty cold in the morning. (OK, cold by California standards!) I'm in love with these baby girls and I'm hoping they're all girls and no one is just identifying as one!
