I cut my teeth flipping my first house in Kirkwood, did another in Vestal and my DH is from the Montrose area. Near Salt Springs park.

Yep I know Salt Springs well. Spent much of my youth biking down to franklin forks to fish the swimming hole across the road from the park where Snake and Silver Creek meet. Small world! Are you still flipping houses?

No. I did 5. I'm finishing up my father's house to get it ready to sell and will do some minor upgrades to a house my mom is trying to purchase. And finish mine. That's quite enough!
