Dunlap hatchery has silkies and many other kinds of Bantam chickens. They are in Idaho.
Yes contacted them today a local feed store is expected to have some in bought from dunlap. Guess im gonna try my hand in trying to magically spot females amungst a bunch of fresh hatches in the next week or so if not able to find a independent breeder who dna sexes.

A friend of mine has silkies, she always just gets more than she wants and gives away the roosters. If you want three I would say get at least five or six. Hopefully then you will get three females.
 
Welcome! I am also in WA and will start my first flock this spring! So excited....I've wanted chickens for the last 5 or so years. I recently fenced my yard, added electricity to the outside area and will start on a coop in a few weeks or so.
