Hi. I'm new to the keeping chicken game as we have just bought our first home so have our own back garden to make of it what we like.

We dont have any chickens yet as we have just moved and I want to make sure I know everything I need to know first before jumping in and buying some hens.

I have been looking at various breeds and I like the Wyandotte breed in both gold and silver laced.

We don't have any other pets yet but will probably get either rabbits or guinea pigs at some
Point and maybe a dog as we have a 3 year old who is mad on animals.

I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions along my journey to getting some hens, so bare with me if some them are stupid
