My name is Patricia and my husband is David. We live in Shannon, GA. Was glad to find this site seeing as how we are huge chicken fans. We have 13 chicken as of now. 8 barred rock, 3 Aracauna, and 2 Dixie Rainbow. We have 10 hens and 3 roosters and they all have already been named. People think my husband and I are a little crazy but I dont care. It makes us happy to be able to tend to our chickens. We see something new in them every day. It really has been a joy to us. Its a little extra work but its worth it.
