My name is Carol and I have recently started a new flock. Haven't had one in years but thought my girls would enjoy it.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? - I've had chickens in the past but they are new to the rest of my family.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? - Currently I have 4 layers, 7 pullets, and 4 chicks.
(3) What breeds do you have? 3 aracauna - 2 mix - 2 blue laced banty cochins - 2 barnevelders - 2 cuckoo marans - 2 silver lakenvelders - 2 barred rock

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? - drag racing, fishing, camping
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. - I'm engaged to be married next summer and between the two of us we have two teenage girls. Both loving the chickens. We currently live on 5 acres, are boarding a horse, have a rat terrier and are adopting a yorkie from the pound this week.
