Hello! While I love chickens I'm actually here to talk about quail. I've wanted backyard birds for years and now that I'm finally free from apartment living I got myself some quail eggs and a bunch of supplies, fast forward to today and they're finally hatching! I have three little speckled babies in the brooder pen and two others still in the incubator drying out. I used this website to get a lot of advice when deciding what kind of quail to get and what supplies to look into and figured I might as well join. Here's a picture of some of my new chicks heading under their brooder plate after eating up the smaller crumbles on the ground.
