Hi Vicki,

Thanks for responding!

We are in Livingston county so right close to you.

Can you tell me what you have and how much? Also, we only want 2 if possible.

The main thing is are they friendly, can they fly (the rooster flies), can we confine them (like in a run or fenced in area) or do they prefer roaming the whole yard?

Hi Lisa,

Well, I have some welsummer hens available right now. They are between 18 months -2 years. Nice girls, fairly friendly. I have quite a few, so they are not held everyday, but will come running for treats, etc and are easy to catch and hold. They lay dark brown eggs. They love to free range, they can fly, not super far, but enough to get up on something to roost. They are also used to being penned, as I take turns letting my coops out. I am asking $10 each for them.
