Hey fellow New Havener,

I live in the science park area and have a small backyard with a shed that could easy house chickens. I fit within the ordinance except for one neighbor. I don't think our neighbors will tell on us, but do you know what the penalties are if they do?

More importantly I hear that chicken feed attracts rats. I definitely do not want rats in my backyard. Have gotten rats/mice? How do you feed your chickens?
