Hi!
I am new to BYC as well as new to raising chickens. We got 12 day olds in June and we still have all 12, so far so good.
I have been visiting this site for a while now and thought I would finally join. Looking forward to asking my own questions and sharing my beauties with like minded folks.

Yes we have been getting eggs since September. It is still exciting everyday to go out and find them. We get between 10 - 12 a day. Will that slow down as it gets colder? We are going down to negative single digits C over night but the ladies are very well insulated at night. Trying to use them up is a welcome challenge and our friends and family are thrilled when we have extras.
