Thank you for this amazing resource! I need to persuade my landlord to let us have chickens at the house we are renting here .... here's hoping he'll let us! I'm looking for advice on suggesting how to present this to him or write it into our pet policy. Love reading the articles here!

You could also show pics of the coop/run you want to build. Reassure him/her that it wont be tacky - agree on a number of chickens that you will keep ( don't let chicken math take over ). You could also check with the city your in so you know whats allowed. Its better to have a lot of information so you can answer all the questions that are going to be asked. Best of luck
