Hi all, using this site for ideas since the last year already, finally becoming a member. Keeping chickens has been always a wish for me, but traveling for work made it impossible to do. The coop (old playhouse) and run are build over the winter (if we have one here) 
Painting is here still in progress and still not done, waiting for cooler times .... the coop is housing in the meantime 3 barred rocks and 4 silkies, one turned out to be a rooster. Since August we have the first eggs!
