He walks perfectly fine he just stands in one spot and just turns around in circles and I’ve only seen him do it in the mornings, and I have gotten a few videos of it, when I first saw it I thought it was funny and then i recently wondered why he was doing it and I don’t think it’s a disease because he has no symptoms what so ever
