Hello everyone,
Really great website and forum you have here. A true wealth of knowledge at my fingertips! I'm basically new to chickens, just started our flock back in March with some gift chickens from my little sister. She got in trouble with her HOA and had to get rid of her whole flock. Luckily my family had just moved to the country and she gave us some great chicks from her very last hatch to get started. We have Black Copper Marans, Americaunas, and Olive Eggers - 14 in total. I thought she was a little crazy with all this chicken stuff, but I really have enjoyed them so far and look forward to getting some more! I hope to keep her lines going so that someday, if her HOA gets their heads screwed on right, I can return the favor. Nice to meet everyone. I'm going to go read some more threads!
