Hi, I am Cheryl, married to Jay and we live in Allenton Wisconsin. We got our first chickens in March of 2010 and we love them. At the moment we have a Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Rhode Island Red Bantam and a White Wyandotte Bantam. We also have 7- 4 week old chicks and 26 pullets coming May 16th from McMurray.
I also have horses, cats, fish and birds in the house. One Cockatiel and two Parakeets.
I'm glad I found this forum as I'm sure I'll have more questions about my birds. Thank You! Cheryl

Thank you! Yes we are expanding. My husband has the lumber here to build a nice big chicken coop. We have a smaller one that works for the moment. I don't know if we'll keep all of them. If someone local would like a few I may rehome some of them. The minimum order is 25 so that's what we did. My 10 year old daughter has them all named and so friendly, they jump right into our laps when we go outside. I just love them. My daughter is in 4H and she wants to show them at the fair. She has one here that might be big and old enough for this year.
