New member having bumblefoot issues

I operated on the one with the redness and swelling. The left kernel came from the swollen foot along with a lot of pus. The right kernel came from her other foot and appeared to be just healthy tissue below it.

Here are pictures of my other girls feet that are in question. The do not have the hot red swollen appearance of the one I operated on today. Which again makes me wonder as some say that they are normal scabs and will heal without intervention. Also attached are pictures of my coop, I lowered the roosts 8 inches before taking the picture.

Btw the black one ran through poop as I tried to catch her so other than the small center scab its poop on her foot.
