Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
It's molting season. If the younger ones are over a year old then they are just molting, along with the shortened days, and that is why production is down.

They've been dry since June/July. No eggs at all.

I did have red mites that I eradicated and they layed about 4-5 the next few days. Then nothing since and none of the birds have any mites anymore.
Thoughts?

Yes they do. And no outside predator threats.
