New member, hello from Michigan!

I've already posted a few times since I didn't know about the new member forum, but I figured I should introduce myself anyway. I'm Jami from Michigan and this is my first year ever starting an entire flock. Our birds will be some egg hens, some pets, and some meat birds which I will try very hard not to get attached to. I have a daughter and my boyfriend and I live in Northeast Michigan, about 20 minutes outside of Flint. Our current family members include a GSD named Molly, a cat named Neko, 20 pullets of various breeds, 2 ducks, and a horse.

Thanks everyone! Chickflick, I live in Columbiaville so I'm right around the corner! The summer is pretty busy for us but chickenstock sounds like so much fun! I'll have to try and schedule that in.
