New member- Hello!

Hey all, long time lurker first time poster. I'm helping my father raise about 19 australorp chicks which were hatched yesterday. I helped raise chickens/turkeys/ducks growing up, but it's been a good 10 or so years since then! Hoping to brush up on my knowledge and get some help with an issue I'm having with a particular chick.
