Hi, and welcome! I'm a fairly new member here. We are new to chickens too. We purchased day old chicks 12 weeks ago - 8 in total. We purchased ours at Tractor Supply and my husband picked all Asian Blacks (I probably would have picked a mix, but am quite happy with what we have). I have found it a bit overwhelming at times, but am enjoying it all the same - there is so much to learn, but I think we have the basics nailed!!
