New Member in need of help!!

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow

I am sorry your girl is struggling. I agree with @DobieLover I would start with some Acidified Copper Sulfate. You can get it here. 1/4 teaspoon Sulpher to 1 gallon of water mixed in a jug. Add 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to make it palatable, the Copper is bitter. This jug will last several days, no need to refrigerate. No free ranging, no stiff foods for her, just chicken feed and this water. Use the Sulfate for 7 days, followed by probiotics to replace all the good bacteria and digest yeasts that have been killed off. This could also stem from a Coccidiosis overload, but try the Copper first. Keep her warm too, I usually cage sick birds by keep them within the flock at all times. Keep us posted!
thank you, I'll definitely try it out!!
Though there is another problem arising...she started twitching very strangely and there's a weird gurgling sound coming from her
here's a quick video I took of her, I don't know if it's related to her crop issue but I feel like its kind of getting worse very quickly :(

She is trying to adjust her crop, it's probably really full and bothering her. They definitely do this with sour/yeasty crops. Poor dear, give her some lovin' for me. 💖

Oh and what does her poop look like? Color, consistency, and is there anything in it? A photo would be great if you can.

Welcome to backyard chickens! I have had the same issue several times. What is happening is she got something stuck in her crop and it is blocking her stomach, and now nothing she eats is giving her nutrition. I have only managed to save one of the chicks of mine this happened to.
I sat her down and massaged her crop until most of her liquid was thrown up, giving her rests in between, and not allowing any food or drink. This took about an hour, including about ten minute breaks for her to rest. Once it was all out I massaged her crop until I found the piece of grass that was causing the problem. I worked for twenty minutes to dislodge it, and then let her drink, just a little bit. She was very weak, and could barely walk, and though the crop had been unclogged it was stretched out a lot. Every day I only fed her three times, to let the crop shrink back up, and each time I would put it a foot away so she had to get up and exercise to get it, moving it after a few bites. It took a few months, but her crop shrunk up a good amount and now she is living happy with her rooster, her crop only a little droopier than the others’.
I hope this helps!

Well, I couldn't get to take pictures of it, but earlier this morning she had like a green, grainy sort of poo, but later that day her poop color changed back to brown but it was still grainy and it was in small amounts as she hadn't been eating as much

I'll definitely keep this in mind! I tried to do this today and she did throw up some food she couldn't digest from probably a couple of days ago, but I couldn't do it as long since I had to leave. Maybe I can still try it again tomorrow?

Sounds like she is not impacted somewhere lower in the digestive tract. How is she this morning? Until you get the Copper you can feed her a tablespoonful of plain unsweetened yogurt twice a day to help kill the bad bacteria. She can also eat scrambled eggs, protein doesn't feed yeast. If you have any vaginal cream, you can give her 1ml orally twice a day too, about a chickpea sized amount. This will keep the yeast infection from getting worse until you get the Copper.
