Hi to everyone! I currently have 3 silkies, 4 golden buffs and 1 Ancona. They are almost 2 years old. I have an order in for 7 more chicks this spring, 1 white leghorn, 2 easter eggers & 4 more silkies (1 supposed to me a roo). Before joining here I learned as much as I could about chickens and I found the best info on this site. I decided I want to be a part of it. So thanks for having me!

Sad to say I lost one of my girls recently. Not sure what was wrong with her. I suspect she had a prolapsed vent at one point and then she got slow and walking funny while keeping her rear low to the ground.
