We're glad to have you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Good luck with your flock!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! So far, our two roosters are pretty easy on the hens. One rooster is very dominant, and the hens stick near him. He keeps the other roo from getting too close. They're both very sweet boys.

You're welcome. How old are your roosters? I would advise keeping a close eye on them. As they mature, they will likely become more aggressive and you will probably have to remove one of them from your flock. If it comes to that, I would suggest keeping the one with the more calm and gentle temperament. Good luck.

Hello, I am new to backyard chickens. I had a flock of 40 hens and 2 roosters. I now None due to 2 bobcats that killed them all. I am looking to start over but can not afford to at this time. I am looking for some rescue chickens to start over. Any ideas?
