Hi,
I'm chicken wheels and my wife and I are new to the forum and raising chickens.
We started a little over 6 weeks ago with 2 Ameraucanas and 2 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes. We didn't know how much fun raising chickens would be but our little chicks won us over from the very start.
We just put them out in the coop a little over a week ago and they seem to be handling it well in our Houston heat.
Their coop is a prefab from tractor supply that I modified by attaching it to a 2x8 pressure treated base and some wheels(courtesy of this forum and user notiones).
I'm happy for this forum and based on some quick browsing, I know it's going to be my go to guide.
Thank you to everyone who posts. You never know who you're going to help.
